Fulfillment Process
All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party partners, primarily Printful. This process begins after an order is placed. We do not hold physical inventory.
Fulfillment Time
Standard fulfillment time is 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen delays, fulfillment may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable. Tracking may not be available in all regions or for all shipping methods.
Shipping Regions
Unijah ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not support shipping to that destination.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your local authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact info@unijah.com. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
In cases of confirmed non-delivery, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Unijah is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
