Return & Refund Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    If you are a consumer residing in Norway or within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer protection laws.
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing at info@unijah.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

  2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

Due to the nature of on-demand production, items returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect or shipping damage may not be accepted.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact us at info@unijah.com with your order number and reason for return. Instructions for the return shipment will be provided via email.
    Do not return items directly to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
    If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount.

  3. Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  4. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at info@unijah.com.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you have not received a refund within 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again

  • Then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary
